Your information and privacy rights
Contact hello@lifeof.app to request access, correction, export, deletion or help with a privacy complaint. We verify that a request relates to your account, use a private response route and apply the response deadlines required for your request. Do not send passwords, full payment-card details or unnecessary identity documents. Your rights depend on applicable law, including any right to complain to a relevant authority.
Account deletion help
If you cannot access the app, email hello@lifeof.app with the subject “Delete my account”. Use your registered account email where possible and describe the account-access problem. The owner will verify that the request relates to your account before taking action. Do not send a password, full payment-card details or unnecessary identity documents. We handle requests within the applicable response deadlines.
Email account supportSafety and shared content
Use Report or Block in the relevant Guild or member menu, or contact hello@lifeof.app for help. The owner handles submitted reports and challenges to safety decisions. LifeOf may remove content or restrict Guild access for violations. Guild members can see your chosen name/avatar and role, relevant Expedition participation and contribution progress, and linked habit titles included in Guild activity. A private Guild still shares content with its members.
Subscriptions and refunds
Cancelling renewal, requesting a refund and deleting your LifeOf account are separate actions; deleting LifeOf or your account does not cancel a store subscription. Earned Premium does not automatically pause or extend store billing. Refund requests follow the relevant store process and applicable consumer rights.
