Delete Your Account

You can delete your LifeOf account at any time. Here is exactly how, and what happens.

Method 1 — Delete from inside the App

1. Open LifeOf on your phone. 2. Tap your profile icon in the bottom navigation. 3. Scroll to the bottom of the Profile screen. 4. Tap Delete Account. 5. Confirm. You may be asked to verify your phone number via OTP — this is a security step.

Method 2 — Request by email

If you cannot access the App, email privacy@lifeof.app with the subject “Delete my account” and include the phone number associated with your account, your country code, and your display name if you remember it. We respond within 7 days and complete deletion within 30 days.

Cancel your subscription first

Deleting your account does NOT automatically cancel Adventures Club.

iOS: Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions → LifeOf → Cancel Android: Play Store → Profile → Subscriptions → LifeOf → Cancel

What gets deleted

When you delete your account, we remove: account record, profile data (phone number, display name, avatar), all habit data and completion history, ThrillQuids and Ancient Gold balances, push notification token, and Adventure’s Guild memberships.

What may be retained

Subscription and payment records: up to 8 years (Indian tax law requirement). Anonymous crash reports: up to 90 days (auto-deleted by Firebase). Encrypted backups: up to 60 days. Support correspondence: up to 3 years. Guild contributions: visible to other members as “Former member”.

Delete your account

You can permanently delete your LifeOf account and the data tied to it. Here’s exactly how, and what happens.

The fastest way to delete your account is from the App itself:

1. Open LifeOf on your phone. 2. Tap your profile icon in the bottom navigation. 3. Scroll to the bottom of the Profile screen. 4. Tap Delete Account. 5. Confirm. You may be asked to verify your phone number via OTP — this is a security step.

Method 2 — Delete by email
