Please read these Terms carefully. They are a binding agreement between you and LifeOf.

1. Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) form a binding legal agreement between you (“you”, “your”, the “User”) and LifeOf Technologies, a sole proprietorship operated by Vimal Kumar Nair P V, with its registered place of business in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India (“LifeOf”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By creating an account, downloading the App, or accessing any LifeOf service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
These Terms are available at lifeof.app/terms and within the App. We may update them from time to time (see Section 17).
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction (whichever is higher), to use LifeOf. By using the App you represent that:
• You are at least 18, or the local age of majority.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
• You are not barred from using LifeOf under any applicable law.
• The information you provide is accurate.
We may verify your eligibility at any time and may suspend or terminate your account if we determine you are ineligible.
3. The Service
LifeOf is a habit tracking application that helps you build daily habits using a self-funded reward system. The Service includes:
• Account creation and management.
• Habit creation, tracking, and completion logging.
• A virtual currency layer (ThrillQuids and Ancient Gold — see Section 5).
• Optional premium subscription (Adventures Club — see Section 6).
• Optional social features (Adventure’s Guild — see Section 8).
The Service is provided on an “as-is” basis. We may add, modify, or remove features at any time.
4. Your account
You access LifeOf via your phone number using OTP authentication. You agree to:
• Use a phone number that you legally own.
• Keep your access to your phone secure, since we deliver OTPs there.
• Notify us immediately at support@lifeof.app if you suspect unauthorized access.
• Provide accurate information during onboarding.
You may only maintain one account per phone number. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. ThrillQuids and Ancient Gold — virtual in-App values
Important: ThrillQuids and Ancient Gold have no monetary value. They are not currency, not legal tender, not redeemable for cash, and not transferable to other users or to real-world bank accounts.
5.1 What ThrillQuids are
“ThrillQuids” (₮) is a virtual, in-App label for a portion of a personal spending budget that you yourself define, based on a percentage of your own stated income. ThrillQuids exist only as numeric values stored against your account in the App. They are an accounting reference to help you plan and track your own personal discretionary spending, which you carry out separately, outside the App, using your own funds.
5.2 What ThrillQuids are not
ThrillQuids are not a real-world currency, e-money, stored-value instrument, prepaid instrument, securities, virtual digital asset, cryptocurrency, or financial product of any kind. They are not issued, custodied, transferred, settled, or guaranteed by LifeOf, and are not redeemable from LifeOf for cash, goods, or services.
5.3 What Ancient Gold is
“Ancient Gold” is a virtual in-App scoring point used to unlock features and benefits within the App (for example, creating new habits, unlocking Adventures Club). Ancient Gold is earned through completing habits, maintaining streaks, and referrals. It has no monetary value, cannot be purchased separately for cash, and cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred outside the App.
5.4 No purchase of virtual items
At no point do you “purchase” ThrillQuids or Ancient Gold for money. The only paid component of the App is the Adventures Club subscription, which unlocks features — not virtual currency.
5.5 Loss or termination
If your account is suspended, terminated, or deleted, any ThrillQuids and Ancient Gold balances are forfeited and cannot be recovered or converted to cash. By using the App, you acknowledge that virtual values are accounting references only and you have no entitlement to retrieve them after account termination.
6. Adventures Club subscriptions
6.1 What Adventures Club offers
Adventures Club is an optional paid subscription that unlocks unlimited habits, premium habit icons, double Ancient Gold earnings, dark theme, historical statistics, and exclusive features added over time.
6.2 Pricing
• Monthly: USD 4.99 (or local equivalent).
• Promotional monthly: USD 2.99 for first-time subscribers, for an introductory period.
• Annual: USD 29.99 (or local equivalent).
Prices may vary by region based on App Store / Play Store pricing tiers, exchange rates, and applicable taxes. The current price is always shown at the point of purchase, before you confirm.
6.3 Auto-renewal
Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the next renewal date. The renewal price is the current published price; we will notify you of any price changes before they take effect.
6.4 How to cancel
• iOS: Settings › [Your Name] › Subscriptions › LifeOf › Cancel.
• Android: Play Store › Profile › Subscriptions › LifeOf › Cancel.
• You retain Adventures Club benefits until the end of the current billing period.
7. Refunds and cancellations
Refunds for Apple App Store and Google Play purchases are handled directly by Apple and Google according to their respective policies. We are not the merchant of record for these transactions and cannot issue refunds directly.
• Apple: visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund.
• Google: use the Play Store refund process within 48 hours of purchase.
• Razorpay (where applicable): refunds may be issued at our discretion within 7 days of payment, except where prohibited by law.
For EU/UK consumers exercising the 14-day right of withdrawal: you waive this right by starting to use the Adventures Club premium features immediately upon purchase. If you have not used the features, you may withdraw within 14 days by emailing support@lifeof.app.
8. Adventure’s Guild
Adventure’s Guild is an optional social feature for Adventures Club members. By joining a Guild, you agree:
• To use a display name and avatar that are not offensive, defamatory, infringing, or impersonating another person.
• That other Guild members will see your display name, avatar, event participation, and XP score. Your habit details, financial information, and full ThrillQuids balance remain private.
• Not to harass, threaten, or abuse other Guild members.
• That LifeOf may remove you from a Guild for violating these Terms.
LifeOf is not responsible for the actions of other Guild members.
9. Acceptable use
You agree NOT to:
• Use the App for any illegal purpose.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App.
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the App.
• Falsify habit completion or game the reward system to obtain virtual rewards fraudulently.
• Sell, transfer, or attempt to monetize your account, virtual currencies, or in-App achievements.
• Impersonate another person or create fake accounts.
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or content that infringes intellectual property.
• Use the App in a manner that disrupts our servers, networks, or other users.
Violation of this Section is grounds for immediate suspension or termination of your account.
10. Your content
You may submit content to LifeOf (feedback, support messages, Guild contributions, custom habit names). By submitting content, you grant LifeOf a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and display the content for the purpose of operating the App.
You retain ownership of your content. You represent that you have the right to submit it and that it does not infringe any third party’s rights.
11. Our intellectual property
The LifeOf name, logo, “ThrillQuids”, “Ancient Gold”, “Adventures Club”, “Adventure’s Guild”, the App’s UI design, all icons and illustrations, and all underlying code are the intellectual property of LifeOf and its licensors, protected by trade mark and copyright law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App. You may not use the LifeOf name or marks without our prior written permission.
12. Disclaimers
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR CONTINUOUS AVAILABILITY.
LifeOf is not a financial advisor. ThrillQuids and Ancient Gold are not financial products. We do not provide financial, investment, legal, medical, or psychological advice. The habit tracking and reward features are not a substitute for professional advice.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components.
13. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LIFEOF AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use.
• Damages arising from your reliance on virtual currencies, habit data, or reward calculations.
• Damages caused by service interruption, data loss, security incidents, or third-party actions.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the App shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations. Where prohibited, the above limitations apply only to the extent allowed by law.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LifeOf and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your misuse of the App.
• Your infringement of any third party’s rights.
• Content you submit through the App.
15. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if:
• You violate these Terms.
• We are required to do so by law.
• Continued service would be impractical or unsafe.
You may delete your account at any time from the App (Profile › Delete account) or by emailing privacy@lifeof.app. Upon termination, your access to the App ceases and most of your data is deleted within 30 days (see our Privacy Policy, Section 9 for retention details). ThrillQuids and Ancient Gold balances are forfeited.
16. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or the App shall be resolved as follows:
• First, by good-faith negotiation between you and LifeOf for 30 days.
• If unresolved, by binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. The arbitration shall be conducted in English by a sole arbitrator.
The courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction for any non-arbitrable matters.
Users in the European Union retain access to their local courts where required by law.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via an in-app banner the next time you open the App, and by updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the App after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the App and may delete your account.
18. Miscellaneous
• Entire agreement — These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and LifeOf regarding the App.
• Severability — If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
• No waiver — Our failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.
• Assignment — You may not assign these Terms. LifeOf may assign these Terms to an affiliate or successor.
• Force majeure — We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
• Notices — We may send legal notices to the email address you provided. You should send notices to legal@lifeof.app.
• Language — These Terms are written in English. Translations are provided for convenience only; the English version controls.
